What types of video formats are supported?
SYNAPSIS supports most common video formats including MP4, AVI, MOV, MKV, and WebM. For best results, we recommend MP4 with H.264 encoding. The platform can handle resolutions up to 4K and frame rates up to 60fps.
How long does processing take?
Processing time depends on video length, resolution, and selected masking methods. As a general guideline, expect approximately 5 minutes of processing time per minute of video when using face swapping with pose extraction. Simpler methods like blurring are faster (around 2-3 minutes per minute of video).
Is my data secure during processing?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Processing occurs on secure SURF infrastructure within the Netherlands, complying with GDPR requirements. Your data is never shared with third parties, and you maintain full control over access permissions. After processing, original files are securely deleted according to your retention settings.
